Louis George
C.E.O
Louis leads Verdant’s long-term strategy and growth efforts as the CEO. With over 30 years of experience in composite design for airborne applications, he also heads Verdant’s Composite Design division. He holds a degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University and has specialized in Composite Design at IIT Chennai.
Kuruvilla George

As CTO, Kuruvilla brings over 30 years of experience to drive Verdant’s technical strategy and lead project execution and design delivery. He ensures seamless alignment between RF design, simulation, and program timelines, combining deep technical expertise with strong execution focus. His role bridges innovation and implementation across all major development efforts.
Tony G. Thomas -
Chief Mentor
Tony G. Thomas began his career at AT&T Bell Labs before co-founding AdventNet (now Zoho) in 1996. A seasoned engineer, tech entrepreneur, and investor, he holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras and a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University. In addition to his foundational role at Zoho, Tony remains active in the startup ecosystem as an angel investor in ventures such as Verdant.

With over two decades of experience in telecommunications and business development, Ravi has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Marconi, Ericsson, Yantra Systems (as CEO), and Xtera Communications (as Regional Director). He brings extensive expertise in driving sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and leading global market expansion initiatives. His strong track record in building cross-functional teams and scaling businesses across international markets makes him a key driver of Verdant’s commercial success.
