With the conviction to do things differently, the will to labour till the hard work bears fruit, and excellent leadership qualities, Louis George has successfully nurtured the Verdant sapling. Having founded the company along with Kuruvilla George, Louis is instrumental in promoting, setting up and managing Verdant Telemetry. He is the driving force of the company's strategic direction and marketing focus.

With over fifteen years of experience in the design and development of composite processes and components for airborne applications meeting MIL requirements, Louis is responsible for the Composite Design and Business development functions in addition to his role as the Managing Director of the company. He has been instrumental in building team Verdant and developing it to its current position.

Louis holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Mahatma Gandhi University, India and is also specialized in Composite Design at FRP Centre IIT Chennai under Dr. N.G Nair. He has been active in various entrepreneurial development programmes for the young generation students.
 

As the director of Verdant, Kuruvilla heads both the Project Management and the Design departments. He leverages his 15 years of experience in the industry to develop long-term solutions to meet the customers’ needs. His ability to sense new opportunities and exploiting out-of-the-box ideas has given Verdant a competitive edge.

Kuruvilla holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Mahatma Gandhi University, India and is also specialized in RF and Antenna Simulation. He has created a library of antenna designs at Verdant for ready use for various applications to meet customers' demanding requirements. He has been Ham Radio Operator since his student days and is passionate about antenna design and communication devices. He is instrumental in setting up various communication networks for disaster management and Civil needs.

Santhosh is responsible for the finance and commerce function at Verdant. A man with diverse talent and immense experience in the domain and also in areas of QA. His experience in the field is with diverse exposure. He is a professionally qualified Cost Accountant with a Bachelors degree in Physics. He is the prime mover in quality and systems at Verdant. His contributions and innovations in the quality arena are admirable and unique.

With over fifteen years of experience in the domain, Santhosh is responsible for the Quality function at Verdant in addition to his role as the Director finance and commerce of the company.

Santhosh is an associate member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India(ICWAI) in addition to the Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Mahatma Gandhi University, India

 

Tony G. Thomas brings more than 18 years of experience as an engineer and entrepreneur. He started his career at AT&T Bell Labs in New Jersey. Tony was founder and CEO of AdventNet, Inc., a successful maker of numerous network management software products, and more recently the Zoho line of cloud computing applications.

Tony later founded a Web 2.0 data integration company that created innovative technology for mashups and RSS integration, and was acquired by vtiger, an open source CRM software company. Tony is also an angel investor and adviser to multiple technology companies. Tony has a BTech from IIT Madras and a PhD in EE from Johns Hopkins University.
